FAQ

We invite you to join us in uncovering the secrets of the Szczecin Underground Routes!

Tickets for the tour can be purchased at the Underground Routes ticket office, located at the staircase descent in the glass pavilion on platform 1. One ticket grants access to three routes, marked by colors.

Individual tourists do not need to make a reservation. The Underground Routes can be visited from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with the last tickets sold at 3:00 PM. The average tour duration is between 1 to 1.5 hours.

Guided tours are only available for groups of at least 15 people.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to join reserved guided tour groups.

Visiting outside of opening hours is only possible for groups with a prior reservation and a guide.

Individual tourists purchase one ticket, which grants access to three interconnected routes:

– Red: “World War II”

– Blue: “Cold War”

– Yellow: “Selfie with the PRL”

We do not sell individual tickets in advance. There is no need for this, as tickets are available at the ticket office.

We do not offer the option to purchase tickets online.

The tour starts in the former passenger tunnel under platform 1, where the ticket office is located. After the tour, visitors return to the same place.

Yes, foreign visitors can tour on their own. The routes are described in Polish, English, and German, and we also provide scripts. At the beginning of the tour, visitors receive an introduction in over 20 languages.

The temperature inside the facility is a constant 15°C. We recommend wearing a light sweater and comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

Minors cannot visit the Underground Routes without adult supervision.

Due to the historical nature of the facility, there are no restrooms within the Underground Routes. The nearest restrooms and ATMs are located in the station hall.

Individual tourists with larger luggage are asked to use the luggage lockers at the station.

Sweet drinks and coffee are not allowed on the tour, as they can cause stains on the historic tiles.

The average tour duration is between 1 to 1.5 hours.

Minors can only visit under the supervision of an adult.

The three routes are interconnected and clearly marked, making it unlikely for even a child to get lost. After the tour, visitors automatically return to the starting point.

No animals are allowed on the premises.

The main entrance is located on platform 1 in the glass pavilion. Additionally, there is a quick entrance right next to the main entrance, from the side of 2 Krzysztof Kolumb Street.
